Priesthood First, Kingship Second

Key Text: “And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.” Revelation 5:10 KJV

One truth many people ignore is this: lasting success flows from alignment, not hustle. God intentionally made us priests before kings because presence must always come before position. In business, career, or ministry, when people rise faster than their inner life, collapse is only a matter of time. Being a priest means staying aligned with God before making moves. Being a king means executing those moves with confidence. If you reverse the order, pressure will expose you.

In practical terms, a priestly mindset pauses before major decisions. It prays before signing contracts, worships before responding to emails, and listens before leading meetings. Many costly mistakes in business and ministry are not satanic attacks but alignment failures. We rushed decisions without checking God’s opinion. A priest takes time to stand before God so that when action is taken, it is precise and backed by grace.

When priesthood leads, kingship becomes productive and peaceful. Your career benefits because you make wiser choices. Your business grows because strategy is inspired, not guessed. Your ministry becomes effective because you are flowing, not forcing. People who kneel consistently do not struggle to stand confidently. Presence keeps position stable and authority effective.

Prayer and Confession
Father, I choose alignment over pressure. Teach me to prioritize Your presence before my pursuits. I declare that my decisions are guided by intimacy, and my results are sustained by grace. Amen!
