The Spirit of God Lives in You
1 Corinthians 3:16
Don’t you realize that all of you together are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God lives in you?
Upon the resurrection and Ascension of Jesus, he made it possible that anyone who comes to him and believe on his name, possesses the Holy Spirit as a deposit guarantee of our salvation which is by faith (Eph.1:13).
However, many a times we are not conscious of this reality, we become unaware of the presence of God we carry, and so we believe God is not always with us and that he could take a break or a vacation when ever He wants and wills.
Hence, we must give ourselves to understand and like Paul says, ‘to come to the acknowledgement of everything good in us in Christ.’ We must constantly be aware of God’s presence, we must be conscious of the fact that the Spirit of God in us is God’s presence. The believer houses God, scriptures calls him the Temple of the Holy Ghost. In order words, you are God’s permanent home address.
Understanding this will enable us to walk in the reality that we could work the supernatural for “as He is so are we in this world”.

Thank you LORD for the Spirit within, I’m constantly aware of your presence with me.
