Divine Protection 2
Devotional Reading: Every word of God proves true. He is a shield to all who come to him for protection. Proverbs 30:5 NLT
There is a character in the Bible who has always impacted my life, and he is Moses.
We see that since birth God had given him protection (you can read the story in Exodus 2). Being just a precious boy, he is hidden because Pharaoh had given an order in the previous chapter to kill Hebrew boys who were born and only allow the girls to live. God took care of Moses and protected him because he had been born for a purpose–to deliver his people from slavery and guide them to the promised land.
I don’t know what your situation is, but if you are reading this, it is because God has taken care of you, and God wants to keep taking care of you so that you can accomplish His purpose in your life. God wants to fulfill His promises, and you must trust that He will give you His protection in whatever area you need. God is a God of love, and so He takes care of you and protects you because you are special. You have been born with an incredible purpose.
Prayer and Confession
Take a few minutes to ask God for protection in every area in your life, I don’t know what you are going through, but God is in control. Ask for protection over your life. Amen.
