More Than Conquerors

Colossians 2:15

And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.

Paul was straight in his writings to the churches, calling their attention to the reality of what Christ has done. Teaching them that Christ finished all the works, taking all the Judgement we deserved upon himself. Paul gave us a deep revelation of what the love and grace of Christ is and even prayed for the church that he will grant unto us the Spirit of wisdom and revalation in the knowledge.

One of those realities is the Victory that Christ handed over to the Believer. Oh do we have any battle to fight yes and no. No in the sense that Christ defeated he that has power over death, that is the devil(Heb 2:14). Yes in the sense that the only fight we are asked to fight in the scriptures is the fight of faith.

But, what we do much more today is fighting the one already defeated which is not supposed to be. We have the victory already, sickness is destroyed, sin is broken, life is now yours, you are now more than conqueror, through Christ who loved you. Rom. 8:37

This was what Jesus did and handed the victory to you, your fight now is from the standpoint of Victory, you resist the devil by faith and he obeys and flee. Let this rest in your consciousness.
