Psalms 22:22
I will declare thy name unto my brethren: in the midst of the congregation will I praise thee.
Writing down and talking about God’s gracious love and blessings for you to others, is encouraged by God. What it does is that it strengthens the faith of your brothers and sisters in the household of faith.
The New Testament talks of the apostle reporting to the church on how they preached the gospel and rejoiced and also they shared their experience of how the gentiles received the gospel and how signs and wonders were wrought through them (Acts 11:1&2; 15:31). The scripture assert that the people glorified God because of this.
Also sharing testimonies about the goodness of God brings to you and others realities of the supremacy and the sovereignty of God being spoken of down the ages. The Psalmist spoke of how pleasant it his to speak of the goodness of God from generations to generations. “I will sing of the mercies of the LORD for ever: with my mouth will I make known thy faithfulness to all generations.” Psalms 89:1
You can make it a practice to speak of His miraculous deeds, His faithfulness, and His amazing love unto you to others, just has David said in our anchored text again “I will proclaim your name to my brothers and sisters. I will praise you among your assembled people.” (NLT).

My mouth speaks of God’s marvelous deeds
I talk about His nature to others.
