Christ is Your Strength

Philippians 4:13 NKJV

I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me.

Many atimes we are faced with seemingly difficult situations and it seems as though our strengths will falter and fail us. There are situations in our lives that makes it look as though if God will not come then we are doomed. Apostle Paul, a man like us had been there too. Yes, he has been in such situations and he scaled through successfully.

In verse 12 he said: “I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.” To be abased means to find oneself in a humble situation that is even capable of causing one depression. And in verse 13, he said I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me.

Beloved, enough of those negative remarks about yourself in seemingly trouble moments. Christ in you is enough. He is the power and strength of God in you. No situation is above Christ. No, not at all. You can do all things through Christ who gives you strength for He is your strength.

Are you presently passing through unpleasant moments? Don’t worry, it’s for a season and it will soon pass. Whatsoever it maybe, never look down on the strength of God in you. Never give up. Christ is in you, so you can say just like Apostle Paul that ” I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me.
