Infinitely More; Don’t Limit God
Devotional Reading: “Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,” Ephesians 3:20 KJV
This is not the season to limit God. Now is not the time to limit what God can do. In fact, there is never a time or season when you should limit God, for our God is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we can ask or think. Our Lord is able to exceed your highest expectations. Our God is able to go beyond your wildest dreams.
Again, the Amplified classic puts it this way; “Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, is able to [carry out His purpose and] DO SUPERABUNDANTLY, FAR OVER and ABOVE ALL that we [dare] ask or think [INFINITELY BEYOND OUR HIGHEST PRAYERS, DESIRES, THOUGHTS, HOPES, or DREAMS]”
Through you, God is able to carry out His purpose and do super-abundantly, far over and above all that you can ever dare, ask, or think. God can and will exceed your highest desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams. This new year and season, break the paradigm of the past and let God do exceeding, abundantly above all that you can ask or think.
Don’t allow your failures to keep you bound to the limitations of the past. For nothing is too hard for God. Jeremiah 32:27 declares, “Behold, I am the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?” Nothing is impossible to God.
Your ask cannot take God by surprise—for God knows all things. He sees all. He knows all. He hears all. Your ask cannot overpower God. His Way is greater. You are the one not to limit you.
The New Living Translation expounds upon it, “Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.”
Ephesians 3:20 NLT. He’s able to do INFINITELY MORE than all we ask or imagine. Don’t limit God.
