Learning to cooperate with the Father 2
John 11:40 NIV
Then Jesus said, “Did I not tell you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God?”
Some persons think believing God for your desires is void of action. Nothing can be farther from the truth. No wonder, the Holy Spirit through brother James said in James 2:17 TPT that any faith that doesn’t involve action is phony. That is to say it’s not real and genuine if it doesn’t involve action.
Ultimately, this means the words of a man of faith must match with his belief. You cannot claim to belief something and keep talking contrary to your belief. Take for instance you are believing God for an harvest of souls. Your believe should lead you into giving yourself to prayers and ultimately reaching out to men. Without these you won’t have the manifestation of what you are believing God for. It would just be mere wishes.
More over, it might be some other things you are believing God for, always remember the words of Jesus in Mark 11:24 NIV that ” whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.” This ultimately means your confession henceforth will match your belief. As you do this, you might have impressions or promptings in you to take certain steps towards you having the physical manifestation of that particular desire. Don’t hesitate, just take them. It might be the boldest step of faith that you’ve ever taken before. Dearly beloved, when you do these, you are learning to cooperating with God in appropriating His goodness over your life. Just like Apostle Paul, I pray for you that you will continually experience the immeasurable greatness of God’s power made available to you through faith.
CONFESSION
I am a (wo)man of faith,
I keep believing till I have my desires for God’s power is made available to me through my faith.
